I really don't think you need all of the attack skills you have. I tend to like having an interrupt. I useually use Barbed and Disrupting Throw. It's a 3Adrenaline Bleed, and an easy way to meet the condition for Disrupting.
Also, disrupting will break the attack animation and allow you to do a little spike damage.
Also, you're missing a deep wound. Paras have some pretty easy ranged deep wound applications that you should look into.
So yea, that's my suggestions. Look into: Barbed Spear (instead of Spear of lightning), Disrupting Throw (instead of Wearying Strike), and some form of Deep Wound (instead of Wild Throw). That's what I usually run.
The only other thing I could say is that having SbS and Remedy Sig on the same bar may be redundant. The only condition you should worry about is blind, which you can remove with remedy sig.
SS, Barbed, Disprupting, Merciless Spear, Weapon of Aggression, Remedy Signet, Optional Slot (Spear of Lightning, Maiming Spear(my recommendation), Nightmare Weapon (if you need a heal)), Death Pact Signet
For AB, I'd certainly use the optional slot for Maiming Spear and the place where the res is for Nightmare Weapon.
